📋 Description
• Support AWS infrastructure: for the products running on AWS infrastructure • Improve product performance: resolve technical debt, optimize the release process • Ensure system reliability: resolve performance issues, establish an efficient triage process for handling issues, and maintain SLA compliance
🎯 Requirements
• at least 5 years of software engineering experience (including Ruby on Rails) • experience with cloud services • self-driven and proactive approach • availability for the on-call support (at least 1 week/month)
