Description

• Support and contribute to the mobile engineering team by overseeing the development of mobile applications • Enable the team to deliver high-quality software solutions iteratively and incrementally • Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and the team to drive the mobile development roadmap • Line management duties, providing a great opportunity to mentor and support the professional growth of the engineering team

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in mobile application development, with a strong understanding of React or React Native • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in a leadership or management role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, code quality, and performance optimization. • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
