Description

• Responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and winning proposals for high-stakes technical bids. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and sales, to translate complex technical information into engaging content. • Lead the end-to-end bid process, including initial review of bid requests, bid strategy development, and submission. • Maintain a library of standard bid responses, case studies, and other relevant documentation. • Manage multiple bid projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Act as the primary point of contact for all bid-related queries and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bid writing, preferably in the healthcare or software industry. • Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop competitive pricing strategies. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent time management and project management abilities. • Proficiency with bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards. • Experience with CRM and proposal management tools. • Professional certification in bid and proposal management (e.g., APMP).
