📋 Description

• Seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across a global product group. • Bridge the gap between product teams and marketing resources to align strategies. • Conduct market research and analyze insights to inform marketing strategies. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, reaching KPIs through multi-channel campaigns. • Manage product launches and ensure aligned marketing initiatives for maximum impact. • Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's preferred). • Proven experience (10+ years) in product/performance marketing or a similar role, ideally within a global or multi-product environment or within the adult content industry. • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple products, stakeholders and team members across different regions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social, PR, events and content marketing. • Proficiency with different marketing platforms and tools. (e.g. analytics, marketing automation etc.) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and positioning. • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
