• Design and implement high-quality software architecture with a focus on scalable solutions • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions • Propose, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to improve development efficiency • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers • Contribute to team efficiency through the development of documentation and processes
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with 3-5 years in professional web application development • Strong proficiency in PHP (at least 2-3 years) and hands-on experience in frameworks like Symfony as a plus • Solid experience with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases • Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus • Expertise in creating systems optimized for concurrency, including caching, load balancing, and horizontal scaling techniques • Practical knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) • Proficiency in Git and modern version control systems • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setups and automation using tools like Jenkins or Atlassian Bamboo • Experience with Docker/Podman • Knowledge of backend security best practices
