Description
• The resource will play a key role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting • Help bridge the gap between finance and BI • Assist the business in making decisions based on data • Support a team of 12 experts and various departments • Develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations • Track key financial metrics and KPIs • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced BI tools • Ensure accurate and timely collection of financial data • Automate repetitive financial tasks and improve efficiency • Utilize BI tools like Tableau for dynamic reports and dashboards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting (must have) • Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics • Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders • Experience in leading and executing end to end BI projects • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, and Italian is a plus • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and report large volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide high-quality work efficiently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, managing competing demands
