• Full ownership of HRIS system • Manage data architecture, workflows, access, permissions, and integrations • Lead the implementation/migration to new tools • Define, implement, and evolve PX services processes • Ensure accurate employee data and records
• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources or similar • Minimum of 5 years HR experience with at least 1-2 years in a similar global role • Experience as a system administrator, process owner, and leading projects • Key role on HRIS implementation project • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English) • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Excellent analytical skills including compiling data, research, and problem solving
