Description
• Join a multicultural crew working closely with marketing and other teams across the globe • Partner with developers, designers, and analytics teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery • Execute web strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation, upsell, and cross-sell. • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements and user experience. • Support eCommerce initiatives by working closely with senior PM to maximize eCommerce sales. • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. • Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables.
Requirements
• A degree in marketing, project management, or a related field • 5-6+ years of experience in marketing and project management with objectives targeted to acquiring leads, eCommerce sales or add-on revenue (ideally in b2b SaaS/marketplaces) • Strong project management capabilities using project management tools (Trello, JIRA, Spreadsheets) • Advanced capabilities to read and provide recommendations based on data preferably, GA4. • Experience working with web design and web development teams. • Familiar with a CMS, preferably Hubspot. • Strong prioritization skills • Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through • Insatiable appetite to learn and grow • You’re fluent in English, and ideally another one of these languages - Italian, German, Polish • “Getting things done” attitude with strong critical thinking
