• Minimum 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry. • Degree in Business or related fields. • Proven ability to lead a small sales team. • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in Spanish. • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
