Description

• Help shape the product and user experience for IonQ’s software suite • Define and deliver the product experience of the software tools and websites • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders for user experiences • Identify and utilize appropriate design methods • Conduct small-scale user research and usability testing • Use a data-driven approach to improve key success metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, Service Design or similar roles • Creating concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, design systems, information architecture, visual design comps and prototypes • Developing, synthesizing, and documenting user testing and interviews • A portfolio of shipped work • Experience designing for technical or developer-focused products • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication abilities • A dedication to continuous improvement
