• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate • Hands-on experience with various interview formats - phone, zoom and structured • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) • Excel at convincing top-tier talent to join a fast-growing software startup. • Are highly detailed and process-oriented. • Take ownership of problems and develop plans to resolve bottlenecks. • Adapt well to a fast-growing startup culture. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Solid understanding of HR practices
