Description

• Evaluating existing systems across our tech stack and assessing the impact of proposed changes • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions • Contributing to strategic planning by providing insights into technology • Analysing data integrity in the CRM systems and troubleshooting data discrepancies • Creating visual representations of business processes • Execute and operationalise the proposed changes • Assisting in the development of test plans and participating in testing

Requirements

• You will have business proficient English language skills • You are highly skilled in Salesforce • You have experience of and are proficient in other CRM & billing systems • You are analytical and practical • You like to think about systems and organisation design • You have experience of working with sales and wider commercial orgs • You are ambitious and excited to join a team that wants to build for our next phase of growth!
