Description

• Play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives. • Support the implementation of projects and DCA’s future strategy. • Work cross-functionally to identify and design new processes and solutions. • Liaise with third party providers to ensure project requirements are clear.

Requirements

• Demonstrate commercial experience in a Business Analyst/Change Management or related role. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business problems. • Understand, interpret and communicate stakeholder requirements. • Capture, analyse and document project and business process requirements. • Assess the business impact of any change or new process requirements identified. • Use engagement with stakeholders to influence prioritisation of backlog items. • Support acceptance testing activities. • Encourage Lean and Agile ways of working. • Undertake project management oversight and tasks on small projects.
