📋 Description
• Country Manager, Japan will be an integral part of our Sales Leadership team in APAC, reporting to our VP of Sales for EMEA & APAC. • Our Country Manager, Japan will be accountable for the overall sales success of our Japan business. • Responsible for fostering key relationships with target clients and strategic vendor stakeholders. • Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team is a core requirement to ensure the team is clear on objectives and delivering results in line with expectations. • Focused on driving new business while also managing existing customer relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in business management, marketing, economics, or an associated degree • 15+ years of experience in business development, direct sales, channel & account management • Proven experience selling to local technology companies and startups • Deep understanding and networking in the cloud ecosystem • Successful track record hiring and leading a winning sales team • An entrepreneur at heart who is independent, creative, passionate and approachable • Networker with the ability to create, join and grow social circles, and partnerships easily • Data-driven, self-organised, motivated to get their hands dirty without losing the focus on strategy • Experience working with international, cross-cultural, and cross-time-zone teams • Ability and willingness to travel
