📋 Description
• The Senior Backend Engineer will be integral to EMEA engineering teams, working remotely as a full-time employee from various European countries. • The role involves collaborating with product managers, devising backend solutions for PerfectScale data pipeline, and implementing key features. • As a member of DoiT, the position focuses on delivering cloud solutions that overlap advanced technology and human expertise, specializing in Kubernetes and multicloud challenges.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal • 6+ years of backend development experience (Go/Java/Rust/Python) • 3+ years of commercial Golang experience • 2+ years of experience with high traffic / high load distributed systems and data pipelines • Experience with Databases - relational and non-relational, including performance / schema / query optimization. ClickHouse and Postgress are a big advantage. • Experience developing enterprise-grade SaaS products, microservices and containers • Experienced working with microservices and containers (Docker) • Experience and passion for distributed systems design and infrastructure • Familiarity with modern Devops frameworks and best practices - Docker, K8s, GitOps, CI/CD • A knack for benchmarking and optimization • Proactive, can do approach • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment • Self-organized, Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious
