📋 Description
• Maintain the financial model for the company and perform regular forecast updates in collaboration with different leaders from around the company • Administer and design all GTM compensation plans for the company including Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success • Emerge as a consistent, responsive voice of our deal desk function • Evaluate and improve existing processes as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Strong FP&A business partnering experience; familiarity with Anaplan strongly preferred • Experience administering and designing sales compensation plans • Experience with deal desk functions including order form creation, red-lining, deal term calculations for quota/company reporting purposes • Tenacious work ethic with a true curiosity and desire to improve and own processes
