β€’ Organizing, planning and managing the sales aspects of Donaldson Industrial Gases Division products β€’ Close cooperation with First Fit, project engineers, sales representatives, customer service, internal sales, marketing and business development team β€’ Identifying new customers and technical business partners and help them develop their air filtration business with Donaldson β€’ Managing and optimizing profit through developing and implementing sales tactics, business plan and activities for customers in responsibility area in line with Donaldson strategy and vision β€’ Introducing new products to existing and potential new customers, technical business partners to gain additional market share β€’ Collect and analyze industrial market in responsibility area and respond appropriately in line with Donaldson strategy β€’ Attending and organizing product training for customers β€’ Frequent travelling to clients within dedicated territory Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland

Requirements

β€’ 2 to 10 years of experience in sales of technical service and products to industrial market β€’ Fluency in English and Swedish β€’ Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 70%) β€’ Technical understanding and customer service orientation β€’ Strong orientation for customer needs β€’ Communication & negotiating skills β€’ Results-oriented, independent and pro-active way of working β€’ Product knowledge in the field of air filtration in industrial market β€’ Knowledge of Danish, Finish or Norwegian
