Description
• Donorbox is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in our next stage of growth. • You will focus on optimizing our website and email campaign performance. • Plan, implement, and analyze creative experiments to enhance user experience (UX), convert more customers, and increase product adoption. • Partnering with cross-functional teams, help deliver an exceptional experience for new and existing nonprofit customers.
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth hacking, landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, or a related area. • Proven track record of driving successful growth initiatives. • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools and data analysis platforms. Experience with Google Analytics and Hotjar is required. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Creative, conscientious, and resourceful, with a passion for solving problems and thinking outside the box. • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and as part of a team. • B2B experience strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree. • Experience working at or with a tech startup or nonprofit is a bonus.
