• Donorbox is looking for a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between development, sales, and prospects. • Understand and respond to customer’s pre-sales needs, accelerating software adoption. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Development, and Product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering would be a plus. • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English • Strong analytical and research skills • In-depth Knowledge of Software and Web Technologies: A strong grasp of software development practices, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Rails), database management, and APIs. Candidates should be comfortable discussing and demonstrating how these technologies are used in Donorbox's solutions. • Understanding of SaaS Platforms: Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, including familiarity with cloud services, subscription models, and software integration practices. Knowledge of the nonprofit sector's technology solutions is a plus. • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during sales demonstrations or discussions. This includes providing immediate solutions or workarounds to keep the sales process moving forward.
