Description

• Ensure high-quality website content is published by supervising process execution • Coordinate and oversee external teams, managing their training and work quality • Monitor and operate related system workflows • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective process fulfillment or information exchange • Identify bugs or problems affecting content quality or consumer experience • Propose workflow enhancements for increased efficiency • Develop efficient procedures for the Content Department

Requirements

• Passion for online content • Minimum 2-year working experience, preferably in e-commerce/ digital environment • Ability to communicate, influence and persuade in flawless English • Demonstrated track record in overseeing content quality in previous roles (nice-to-have) • Proficient in collaborating with international teams (nice-to-have) • Proven experience in conducting engaging team training sessions and presentations (nice-to-have) • Highly skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, other Microsoft Office or G-Suite tools (nice-to-have)
