• Manage doola's Community: optimize for ROI and scale spend across existing and new channels • Own measurement across the stack: set measurable goals, track performance, and provide high-quality analysis • Communicate clearly: internally represent the company and drive new relationships • Manage external partnerships and content: lead internal and external communications • Research and identify strategic opportunities: analyze community needs, trends, and content • Drive growth: attract new community members and transform loyal customers into evangelists

Requirements

• 3+ years of work in community building, content, social media, partnerships, and marketing • Excellent critical thinking and quantitative skills • Proven track record of successful cross-functional work experience • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to propose solutions and implement them quickly • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Consumer mindset and experience across social media platforms • Experience working with founders
