• Head of influencer and affiliate partnership marketing • Jumpstart and own all influencer and creator partnerships across all platforms • Partner with CEO and marketing team to bring entrepreneurs to the company • Drive sales and help founders launch their businesses • Manage doola's affiliate program and influencer program • Own measurement of program performance • Communicate product information to maximize partner engagement • Manage external partners and agencies • Research and identify strategic opportunities • Drive new affiliate and influencer recruitment • Help in content improvement and expansion
• 3+ years of influencer and affiliate marketing • Excellent critical thinking and quantitative skills • Proven track record of successful cross-functional work experience • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Solid understanding of marketing and growth in the context of a startup • Able to propose and implement solutions quickly • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Consumer mindset and proven experience across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram • DTC brand experience preferred
