Description

• Are you passionate about social media and looking to make a significant impact in the tech industry? • As a key player in our marketing strategy, you'll help us build a vibrant online community and boost brand awareness across multiple platforms. • Set and implement complicated social media schedules to align with The Sales Machine. • Organize, plan, and participate in events both in-person & on all social platforms to build community & boost brand awareness. • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts (FB, IG, X, LI) using publicly available tools. • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. • Generate buzz on social media by liking, commenting, & getting involved in other groups and discussions. • Monitor and report on activity, growth, feedback, and online reviews. • Create outreach to previous customers to elicit online reviews. • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. • Help with general setup, operation, coordination, & promotion of The Sales Machine. • Help drive The Sales Machine messaging & campaigns via Social Media of both DOOR3 and external clients. • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products, features, workshops, partnerships, and anything that would make for good social media content. • Stay up-to-date with all social media channels, tools, & general digital technology trends. • Engage with members frequently and try to keep them active in the group. • Draft interview questions. • Spend 2 to 4 hours daily posting original content, engaging with other relevant content.

Requirements

• Junior or mid-level experience in social media management. • Advanced/C1 level English proficiency if not a native speaker. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multiple teams. • Passion for staying updated on digital technology trends and applying them creatively. • Must provide links to personal or managed blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram profiles to demonstrate social media proficiency and experience.
