Description

• Operational Specialist: Responsible for product operations, content operations, and user operations, user feedback collection, Grant/Hackathon operation, project demos and technical workshops coordination, communication with users, industry and competitor research and analysis, among others • User Growth: Participate in operation work, acquire new product users, increase users' activitiness, stickiness and loyalty to the platform, maintain and improve key data indicator system to follow up user behavior, conduct user surveys, among others • Content Marketing Specialist: Writing and delivering English and/or Chinese articles, content delivery, community communication and public opinion tracking on designated blockchain media platforms, creating original high-quality content to improve fan activeness on social media platforms, monitor and measure results with both quantitative and qualitative approach, among others • Business Development Analyst: Scale up blockchain/ecosystem partners, expand partnership with industry-leading enterprises in developing their dev community and ecosystem, building and maintaining long lasting business relationships with clients, identify, negotiate, and sign deals with new partners • Research Engineer: Conduct research based on Astrophysics, Planetary Science or Economics(Game Theory)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, Master/PhD degrees preferred • Mandarin and English fluency, able to write English marketing content • Desire to work in operations or user growth or content marketing or business development or research for a long time • Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills • Team player with strong communication and coordination skills • Additional experience may be required for certain roles such as event operation, community operation, data analysis skills, engineering/science academic background, good at manuscript writing with strong writing skills, knowledge in crypto communities and PR, consultative selling, etc.
