• Participate in customer calls to identify their technical needs and recommend a path forward. • Increase adoption by presenting and showcasing dotCMS features. • Build customer POCs that address specific custom requirements. • Be the dotCMS Product Expert supporting post-sales activities and responding to technical clarifications. • Audit and review the existing implementation to help optimize it. • Work with Customer Success to document ways customers facing challenges can be stabilized. • Document recommended solutions to present to customers. • Lead front-end and headless discussions with existing customers, consulting and drafting SOWs. • Use specific knowledge about dotCMS technologies to lower customer effort.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering roles with modern Front-end technologies such as NextJS, Vue, and/or Angular. • 1 to 3 years in Solutions Consultant roles, selling within SaaS, or related industry experience. • Demonstrated client-facing experience, working with POCs, especially during post-sales processes. • Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, integrations, and relevant programming languages. • Experience with JavaScript, Scripting, Docker, and CSS frameworks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
