• This position is fully remote with no in-office requirements • Help lead and mentor the team • Ensure the team works on important problems • Increase quality and speed of code deployments • Improve CI/CD pipeline • Automate code testing and facilitate continuous integration • Improve production reliability • Work collaboratively with engineering teams • Manage, automate and standardize software releases • Maintain production systems • Deliver clear, succinct, impactful and professional communication

Requirements

• Experience with AWS Infrastructure Automation, IAM, CloudFormation Templates, Terraform, Ansible and Packer • Experience maintaining AWS infrastructure artifacts in accordance with Security & maintainability best practices • Experience with Continuous Integration build, test and deploy tool chains and declarative pipelines • Significant experience with scripting languages (Groovy, Python, NodeJS) • Experience deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting applications in Docker containers and serverless code • Experience with Container Orchestrator solutions like Kubernetes or ECS • Experience with Linux, Apache, Nginx, Java Applications, NodeJS, PostgreSQL and MySQL • Knowledge and ability to write/edit scripting languages (Bash, Python) • Solid understanding of the packaging process and ability to tune and adapt build systems like Maven, Gradle, NPM, Yarn, PNPM or SetupTools/PYPI • Knowledge of Resiliency and disaster recovery of CI/CD Systems • Experience with Service Discovery, configuration and secrets management tools such as Consul and Vault
