• Contribute daily service stories to PEOPLE.com about new-to-market products, brand sales, and celebrity trends. • Use affiliate links to help readers find products during major sale events. • Track and adjust editorial strategy based on performance data. • Write multiple shopping stories per week from an editorial point of view. • Collaborate with experts to provide information and quotes as needed. • Assist in testing new products at home.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related field preferred • At least 2-3 years of experience with writing for an online publication (preferably shopping content) • Familiar with SEO and affiliate linking best practices • Well-versed in a variety of shopping trends and product categories • Familiarity with current celebrity news is a plus • Comfortable with digital media tools such as proprietary CMSes, keyword research tools and Google Analytics.
