Description

• Responsible for quoting new implementation projects. • Supporting the Pre Sales team in new business pitches and aide requirements gathering. • Responsible for supporting the dedicated Onboarding Team in delivering new client onboardings through provisioning, design and implementation of the Dotdigital platform. • Enable and empower the customer to use the platform efficiently and effectively. • Ensure all solutions are robust, scalable and set up to increase platform adoption. • Provide both reactive and proactive technical consultancy of the Dotdigital Platform. • Responsible for quality of setup and ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times. • Work with the wider Consultancy team to provide expert industry advice and support. • Liaise with the Product team to provide both market insight into partner technologies and feedback on our customers' requirements. • Collaborate with the Customer Success Department to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality. • Responsible for providing technical guidance and solution handover training to the client. • Responsible for supporting and collaborating with the wider Consultancy team when the implementation project stretches across a multitude of teams to gain maximum impact and client satisfaction during delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate to 1 years experience implementing a SaaS software solution. • University degree in Computer Science with a final result of 70% or higher. • Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills; written and verbal. • Experience in testing & triggering Restful APIs. • Experience with web development languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript). • Basic understanding of eCommerce & CRM Solutions. (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics etc) • Basic knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman. • Interested in working for a Marketing Technology Platform that is capable of delivering highly personalized content and messages across all digital channels.
