📋 Description
• We're seeking a passionate Solution Consultant to help our clients get the most out of the dotdigital platforms. • As a Solution Consultant, join our ever-growing Solutions Consultancy team. • Collaborate and provide exclusive consultancy to our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure we provide the best technical solutions for our client's needs. • Focus on understanding clients' technical solutions for long-term customer success. • Provide technical consultancy throughout the sales lifecycle and beyond. • Build POCs to demonstrate our platform's capabilities. • Communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders to ensure dotdigital is suitable for their needs.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years' experience in a Solution Engineer/Consultant/Architect Role • Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills, written and verbal • 3+ years' experience in data analysis (ETL, DB) and Business Analysis • Create and articulate process diagrams, including flows and Use Case Diagrams (UML) • 2+ years of applied experience with web development languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript) and REST APIs would be beneficial but not necessary • Email marketing industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary • Essential to intermediate knowledge of eCommerce & CRM Solutions (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics) • Essential to intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman
