Description

• Responsible lawyer for DACH region and all HQ (currently Germany) matters • Support the General Counsel with all Corporate and Commercial matters • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of legal agreements with a focus on commercial and corporate contracts • Assess, advise, and regularly report on legal risks, while proposing constructive solutions and challenging business decisions from a legal perspective • Advise and update internal stakeholders on laws and regulations that impact Dott’s business

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant working experience (comprising both in-house and law firm) • You are a generalist with significant experience in corporate and commercial matters (including fundraising transactions) • Admitted attorney in Germany • Fluent in German and English • Excellent business judgment, interpretation, and communication skills • Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment
