•Supervise and coordinate daily classification/labeling activities of team members. •Ensure all team members are up to date on training and latest Policy Team updates •Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment. •Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback through Lattice at least once per week and implementing improvement plans when necessary. •Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. •Identify training needs and coordinate with HQ Teams to ensure they have the necessary support, knowledge and skill to perform with outstanding speed and accuracy •Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement with daily stand up meetings, calibration sessions and feedback •Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner, keeping in mind DVs CORE values PACT (Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, Trailblazing). •Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. •Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management. •Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and making recommendations for team expansion.
•Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, minimum 3 years •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to motivate and inspire a team. •Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. •Organizational and time-management skills.
