• Managing and optimizing the company's financial operations. • Overseeing daily financial operations including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. • Leading and mentoring a remote team responsible for manual financial processes. • Implementing effective internal controls to manage risks associated with financial operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred. • 8+ years of experience in operational finance or similar roles. • Hands-on experience in managing manual financial tasks and processes is essential. • Strong understanding of invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and other core financial processes. • Experience in the rental industry is an asset. • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
