• Design, implement, and maintain compliance governance frameworks and processes that align with regulatory requirements across our business. • Maintain and leverage relationships with cross-functional departments and stakeholders. • Regularly assess and update risk alerts and processes to ensure alignment with evolving laws and regulations, while conducting comprehensive risk assessments and audits. • Ensure adherence to governance processes and resolve operational barriers to support efficient and compliant business operations. • Prepare and present compliance risk reports with actionable recommendations for senior management based on compliance data and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, governance, or a related area. • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with urgency, ensuring high-quality, timely completion while proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks. • Effective communication skills to report project progress to stakeholders, fostering a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs, with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks. • On occasion, willingness to work flexible hours as needed. • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
