â˘Education: High School Diploma/GED â˘Bachelorâs Degree â˘8-10 years of Business, Marketing or related field experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment. â˘Sales experience required â˘Strong understanding of experiential and integrated marketing strategies â˘Effectively builds networks outside the organization â˘Dynamic presentation skills â˘Strong communication skills and ability to command a room â˘Strong financial acumen â˘Problem solving and conflict management techniques â˘Ability to understand and manage client expectations â˘Self-directed leader â˘Resilience â˘Ability to gain confidence and trust of others through honest integrity and authenticity â˘Persuasion and negotiation skills â˘Salesforce experience preferred â˘Physical requirements: Seeing, Ability to Travel, Color Perception, Listening
