• The HR Advisor will design and lead the implementation of a new employee engagement and dispute resolution program. • Provide oversight for local site needs in areas like employee engagement, employee relations, and HR core processes.
• Bachelor of Arts Degree. • Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience managing complex labor or employee relations environments. • Led complex employee investigations and supported external arbitration hearings. • Change management approaches, methodologies, and tools. • Data analysis and process management skills. • Conducted employee relations or policy awareness training. • Proficient in Excel, Word, and presentation software. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures. • Ability to facilitate in emotionally charged meetings. • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills. • Professional credibility and high executive maturity. • Ability to work efficiently in a matrix management environment. • Seeing, ability to travel, listening skills.
