• As part of the Trade Spend and Deductions Team, the Trade Analyst II (Deduction) will be managing customer accounts to provide timely and accurate validation and claims creation of trade deductions. • Daily interaction with Customer Service Representatives, Sales, Customers, and Clients.
• Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent experience required. • Previous CPG or food industry experience with major retailers • 2 – 5 years customer deductions experience: bill backs, price protections, allowances. • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs of the business • Resolve issues and fixing the root cause • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team environment • Must be positive, passionate, and willing to make a difference • Knowledge of Trade systems an asset (SAP, TPM, MEI, AFS, Exceedra) • Strong Computer skills (MS Office, Excel Intermediate-Advanced) • Greater Toronto area applicants will either be Hybrid I (within 55km) or Hybrid II, depending on how far you reside from our Corporate office located in Mississauga, ON
