• This is a remote position. • You will lead the content management and syndication (CS&M) team in support of our B2B Food Service clients. • The DCM will help clients syndicate product content and GDSN data to B2B Food Service Distributor’s digital platforms including Sysco, US Foods, Performance Food Group (PFG), McLane, and Gordon Food Service (GFS). • You will lean on established partnerships with leading Content Service Providers (CSPs) and PIMs like Syndigo, Salsify, 1WorldSync & GS1 to enable CPG brands to publish their optimized content to the distributor’s digital catalogs. • You will report directly to the Director of Digital Content Services and assist the director in representing Food Service manufacturers across the Food Service Distribution community and will be responsible for managing the workload of the Content Syndication team. • They will lead all efforts to establish standardized processes and ways of working that will allow the team to efficiently manage all client projects. • In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement between internal/external business partners. • The DCM will own the direct relationship with key CPG clients and manage the assignment of other client relationships across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8 Years of relevant experience • B2B Syndication experience using CSPs including: Syndigo, Salsify, 1WS, GS1 • GDSN & Digital Content Management experience (PIM, DAM systems) • B2B Food Service Distributor knowledge and experience a plus • CPG Brand & Manufacturer experience a plus • Familiar with managing the B2B Food Service distributor's enterprise systems, digital shelf tools, the process of optimizing content, and best practices in creating online merchandising, inclusive of PDP content fundamentals • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics/planning is preferred, but not required • Experience with product information manager (PIM), digital asset manager (DAM), and content management tools • B2B Food Service distribution - specific eCommerce capabilities and processes experience preferred • Talented leader with the ability to effectively manage associates within the department and influence associates outside of their area of responsibility, as needed • Strong coordination and project management skills – coordination across business units (Core Food Service and Acosta Group Digital Commerce BU) • 1 World Sync and GS1 Platforms • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external workgroup • Skilled at managing competing priorities and effective conflict resolution • Highly organized and detail oriented
