Description

• The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring comprehensive project schedules for multiple ongoing projects within a region. • This role involves coordinating test plans, ensuring pilot plant and resource availability, and managing other testing devices required for specific customer requirements. • The scheduler will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including technology and implementation leaders, to ensure efficient and timely project execution. • Develop and manage detailed schedules for test work across multiple sites, including pilot plants and associated resources. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all project stages, ensuring alignment of schedules, resource needs, and progress expectations. • Identify areas for process improvement in scheduling practices, reporting, and resource management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. • Expertise in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools. • Strong command of Excel for data management and reporting. • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Critical Path Method (CPM). • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with multiple teams and stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts, perform risk analysis, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track. • Strong analytical abilities for schedule analysis, earned value management, and KPI reporting. • Experience in Multi-Project Coordination: Previous experience managing and scheduling multiple, concurrent projects, preferably in mining or related industries. • Deep understanding of the unique scheduling challenges related to mining processes, particularly lixiviation. • SAP experience.
