Description

• As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly products. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. • Design Execution: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms. • User Research: Conduct and apply insights from user research to guide design decisions. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives. • User-Centered Design: Advocate for user needs throughout the design process. • Design Systems: Contribute to design systems by creating scalable components. • Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive prototypes and collaborate on testing and refinement. • Design Reviews: Participate in regular design reviews to improve user experience. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and design tools.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision. Familiarity with design systems and UX best practices. • Research Skills: Experience with UX research methods, and the ability to translate insights into practical design solutions. • Collaboration: Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life. • Communication: Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate design ideas, decisions, and collaborate effectively with teams. • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively solve design challenges, balancing user needs with business goals. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
