â˘The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of a product or product line throughout the product lifecycle. â˘You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product meets customer needs and achieves business goals. â˘You will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver winning products. â˘Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights, market analysis, and company objectives. â˘Identify market opportunities and evaluate the product potential for growth. â˘Collaborate with senior management to align product strategies with business goals. â˘Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. â˘Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver product features on time and within scope. â˘Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and customer feedback. â˘Lead the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. â˘Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and gaps in the market. â˘Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and validate assumptions. â˘Continuously monitor the product's performance against key metrics and make data-driven decisions. â˘Communicate product plans, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, developers, sales, and marketing. â˘Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring alignment and transparency. â˘Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and product launches. â˘Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product delivers maximum value to its users. â˘Champion user-centric design and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process. â˘Work closely with customer support teams to address product issues and identify areas for improvement. â˘Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, such as user engagement, retention, and growth.
â˘Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. â˘3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles. â˘Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. â˘Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales. â˘Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. â˘Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. â˘Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to different audiences. â˘Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. â˘Familiarity with market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis. â˘Experience with SaaS or software products. â˘Understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies. â˘Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics. â˘Experience working in a startup environment.
