📋 Description
• We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team. • You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements. • Manage the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features. • Collect and define business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications. • Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives. • Work closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases. • Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI. • Provide regular updates and training to users and senior management.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or product management. • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Agile. • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks. • Previous experience in a development or architecture role is a plus.
