â˘We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Amazon FBA Operations and Brand Manager to join our rapidly growing supplement ecommerce brand. â˘The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations and brand strategy, with specific expertise in Amazon FBA and Shopify. â˘They should also have experience in launching new products on Amazon and running external traffic to Shopify. â˘Oversee day-to-day operations of both companies, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments. â˘Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and scalability. â˘Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to optimize product availability. â˘Develop new product formulas and identify new product opportunities and launches. â˘Work with suppliers and manufacturers to launch new products and secure efficient pricing and costs. â˘Lead the development and execution of brand strategy across all channels, with a focus on Amazon FBA and Shopify. â˘Oversee product portfolio management, including new product development and existing product optimization. â˘Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. â˘Have a good eye for product and brand design. â˘Manage and optimize presence on Amazon, including product listings, A+ content, BSR and advertising campaigns. You will not need to manage ads directly, but work with a PPC manager and you should understand what they are doing. â˘Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless user experience and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies. â˘Analyze performance metrics across platforms and implement data-driven improvements. â˘Monitor Google Analytics and Google Search Console. â˘Manage promotions and sales events. â˘Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. â˘Work with content / social media manager to ensure the social and online presence is growing. â˘Coordinate promotional and sales strategies. â˘Work with PPC manager to grow the brand and improve sales.
â˘Experience in e-commerce operations and brand management, preferably in â˘Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central / FBA and Shopify platforms â˘Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing â˘Experience in product development and lifecycle management â˘Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills â˘Strong leadership and communication abilities â˘Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
