• About Us: • We are a premier recruitment agency specializing in connecting top talent with leading digital marketing agencies. • Our mission is to deliver exceptional recruitment services and achieve client satisfaction by identifying the best candidates to drive growth and innovation. • We partner with digital marketing agencies of all sizes to enhance their teams with skilled professionals, providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their unique needs. • Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine reviews of PPC accounts to ensure they meet high standards. • Manage accounts with a focus on goals, metrics, and effective keyword usage to enhance client outcomes. • Develop strong processes to proactively support business expansion. • Identify obstacles and implement solutions to improve efficiency in the PPC area. • Observe and evaluate performance to determine improvement areas based on data, leadership feedback, and industry standards. • Quickly resolve account issues to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty. • Monitor team performance and ensure objectives and key results are achieved. • Develop, assess, and revise procedures to maintain relevance and accuracy. • Lead the establishment of quality assurance practices to maintain consistency in PPC operations. • Record actions and updates regularly using Airtable. • Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear guidance for follow-up actions when necessary. • Coordinate daily account activities with established guidelines. • Work closely with Brand Management to fully grasp each client’s story and goals. • Prepare daily reports to outline reviews and actions taken. • Encourage collaboration between PPC and SEO teams for comprehensive account management. • Incorporate proactive review methods into training to boost team expertise. • Share insights and best practices to contribute to team development. • Dedicate time to continuous learning, focusing on the latest trends in PPC reviews to foster a culture of knowledge sharing. • Communicate detailed account issues affecting PPC performance to Brand Management.
• Over 2 years of experience managing Amazon PPC within an agency focused on Amazon. • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns. • Proficient in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated success in managing multiple brands/accounts and devising strategies for diverse clients on Amazon. • Skilled in using Amazon bulk files, negation techniques, account structuring, and tools like Helium10 for keyword research. • Valued qualities include leadership experience and a goal-oriented mindset. • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
