• Salary: Negotiable • Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a creative social media strategy across all relevant platforms. • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience. • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to increase engagement. • Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages promptly. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and recommend new platforms or tools. • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding. • Organize and run social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to grow our audience. • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with an emphasis on digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software. • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to create visual content (graphic design skills are a plus). • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
