• Dreаmix was founded by passionate IT students, who wanted to create the dreamiest workplace.. • We deliver software solutions for renowned companies from Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and Silicon Valley. • We believe the employer-employee relationship must be a partnership. • We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior UX/UI Designer with a keen eye for exceptional design. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize exceptional user interface designs. • Develop and maintain a consistent design system and pattern library. • Conduct user research to gather actionable insights about users' motivations. • Develop user flows, wireframes, and sitemaps to define the structure of digital interfaces. • Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to validate design solutions. • Craft visually stunning and consistent UI designs that align with brand identity. • Stay up to date with industry trends to enhance design solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of successful projects and impactful user experiences. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design work, including examples of projects applying Design Thinking principles. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture. • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is an advantage.
