🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience as an UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of successful projects and impactful user experiences • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design work, including examples of projects applying Design Thinking principles • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is an advantage
