• Responsible for closing sales deals over inbound and outbound telephone calls. • Maintain good customer relationships. • Assist in generating leads for the Business Development Specialists. • Manage customer accounts and promptly resolve customer complaints. • Comfortable presenting Sitebeat’s products and services over the phone.
• Minimum D3 Diploma in related field or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, customer relations. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Have a passion and understanding of the digital space and tools (Ecommerce, Marketplaces, Social Media, Digital Marketing, e-Wallets etc.) • Basic understanding of the industry with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job. • Experience in marketplace, ecommerce platform/industries will be an added advantage. • Is innovative and possess problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients. • Willingness to learn and grow as a person. • Desire to generate leads and sales for the business through customer-centric communication. • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English
