📋 Description
• Dremio is looking for exceptional software engineers to join our team. • You’ll be a part of a highly technical team building core experiences on the Dremio stack. • Your contributions will help us deliver on our vision to build an autonomous data platform for analytics and AI. • Contribute to the software development cycle from inception, design, development, testing and deployment. • Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain exceptional quality and deepen your understanding of the system architecture and implementation. • Collaborate with program managers, support, solution architects, etc on new feature requests and updates to existing design. • Work with open source projects from the Apache Foundation. • Helping grow the team by participating in recruiting, mentoring and developing best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• B.S. or M.S in Computer Science or in a related technical field • 7+ year of relevant industry experience • Fluency in Java, C++ or another modern language • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded and asynchronous patterns and their applications towards developing scalable systems • Passion for quality, zero downtime upgrades, availability, resiliency, and uptime of the platform • Experience developing scalable distributed systems and deploying, scaling, and managing microservices
