📋 Description

• Own the development cycle of best-in-class performance creative content. • Transform creative performance and insights into actionable learnings. • Map out Growth team’s content needs across various channels. • Manage internal and external partners for content development. • Own creative reporting, keeping up with asset performance. • Coordinate with Partnerships/Influencer team for content rights. • Utilize customer insights for content frameworks addressing pain points. • Collaborate with the Brand team for content alignment. • Develop and store content, briefs, and agreements in an organized manner. • Manage legal and licensing agreements related to content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of in-house or agency experience with a track record in performance creative strategy across paid media. • Experience in creative testing frameworks across channels. • Deep understanding of growth marketing channels and creative best practices. • Ability to write performance-based scripts in German and ideally English. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude. • Proven interest in cultural conversations around health and wellness, sports, etc. • Stream of creative ideas with a track record of execution. • Proven analytical ability to turn insights into actionable strategy. • Can identify team needs and develop workflows. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • A full life outside of work with personal passions!
