Description

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Marketing team. • Manage calendar, meeting arrangements, and travel plans. • Organize team meetings, events, and celebrations. • Serve as gatekeeper for the CMO's office and maintain confidentiality. • Develop relationships and facilitate communication across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an executive assistant role, preferably in a high growth startup. • Proven track record of supporting busy executives. • Passion to learn the Marketing function. • Demonstrated business professionalism and respect for confidentiality. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude. • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Solution-oriented and can manage shifting priorities. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills. • Experience forming relationships with multiple stakeholders in a remote environment. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. • Strong adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. • Prior experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Google docs, and project management tools. • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies.
